Job summary

Triton Claim Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal software, data infrastructure, and reporting solutions that support our operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable technology and automate workflows.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of full-stack experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, ETL, and data warehousing, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Software Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Advanced SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working in Windows Server environments.
• Experience with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, or BI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications using C#/.NET technologies
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, reporting pipelines, and data architecture
• Build and support integrations with claims management platforms (FileHandler, Trackops)
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and third-party system integrations
• Develop and support ETL processes and data warehouse infrastructure
• Create and maintain BI, analytics, and reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Research, implement, and support AI/ML tools to enhance workflows and BI capabilities
• Document technical processes and configurations
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to engineering standards and continuous improvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned
