Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Software Engineer Principal to transform technology for mission-critical government projects. You will design, develop, deploy, and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions in a high-performance Linux environment.

The role requires hands-on Python, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD, and secure SI development to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical degree.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support RAG solutions in HPC Linux.
• Work with LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Deliver production-ready SI solutions with Python and Kubernetes.
