Erias Ventures, LLC. is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions in a high-performance Linux environment.

You will work with LLMs, embedding models, and container orchestration, delivering production-ready SI solutions with CI/CD and robust security practices. The role requires strong Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and DevSecOps experience to operate across containers, deployments, and observability stacks in mission-critical

Formación

• Linux CLI proficiency for development, troubleshooting, and admin tasks.
• Hands-on Python software development with modern practices and frameworks.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps workflows.
• Kubernetes-based deployment, Helm charts, and cluster resource management.
• Containerization with Docker/Podman and lifecycle management.
• Experience with monitoring/observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Git-based workflows with reviews, PRs, and collaboration.
• Secure SDLC practices including testing and security scanning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and support RAG solutions in an HPC Linux environment.
• Work with LLM orchestration, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Build and maintain containerized applications and Helm charts for Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and secure development practices.
• Ensure production readiness with monitoring, logging, and observability.
