Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy HPC Linux-based RAG solutions. You will work with LLMs, embedding models, and containerized apps, delivering secure, scalable software in mission-critical environments.

Candidates must have strong Python and Kubernetes skills, experience with Helm and CI/CD automation, and a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance not sponsorable. Annapolis Junction, MD on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven Linux development and administration experience.
• Hands-on Python development with modern software practices.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes deployments.
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation using GitLab or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support HPC/LINUX-based RAG solutions.
• Build and manage containerized services and Helm charts for Kubernetes.
• Implement secure software development and DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver production-ready SI solutions.
