Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support RAG solutions in a high-performance computing Linux environment. You will work with Python, Kubernetes, Helm, and modern CI/CD practices to deliver production-ready software for mission-critical systems.

Role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph, as well as five+ years of SWE experience (or nine years with alternative education paths).

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in computer science or related field with required years of SWE experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions in a HPC Linux setting.
• Build and operate containerized applications using Docker, Podman, and containerd.
• Create and manage Kubernetes resources, Helm charts, deployments, services, and config maps.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
• Ensure observability through Prometheus/Grafana and secure SDLC practices.
