Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking candidates for the Engineering Leadership Development Program – Systems Engineer. The 3-year rotational program accelerates engineering development across program types, business units, locations, and lifecycle elements, pairing participants with mentors and access to education assistance and cross‑functional engagement.

Participants will perform operational analyses, design and test plans, and deliver design activity presentations to customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eligible to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in various engineering/physics/math fields or have completed within the last 12 months.
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months for the 3-year program.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analysis and develop concept of operations, design and implementation plans
• Develop test plans, procedures & cases
• Conduct tests and document results
• Use software tools, scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
• Analyze systems requirements from end systems and users
• Supports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers
