Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in modern languages and querying databases in a large corporate environment.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools with validation for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with appropriate systems.
• Leverages enterprise‑authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables, with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Applies knowledge of the SDLC toolchain, including AI-assisted development, to improve automation value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data from large datasets to drive continuous improvement of software applications.
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data to inform improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
