Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Software Engineer III within Asset & Wealth Management. You will join an agile team to design and deliver secure, scalable technology products and drive architectural outcomes across the software lifecycle.

You will contribute to production-grade code, leverage AI-assisted tools, and help improve system health and data-driven insights across complex financial platforms. This role emphasizes security, resiliency, and collaboration in a large corporate setting.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with modern programming languages and database querying.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with evaluation and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
Uses enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
Applies SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve automation and value.
Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data to improve software applications and systems.
