- 2+ years of applied software engineering experience.
- Experience with Java, React and AWS in a large enterprise.

- Writes secure, high-quality code with limited guidance.
- Uses AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review.
- Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value and reliability.
