Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- 3+ years of applied software development experience.
- Experience in Java development in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted software development tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI use and secure coding practices.
Responsibilities
- Execute software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
- Leverage enterprise AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed.
