Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with Java in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms across systems.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation, to improve value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring design constraints are met by code.
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and visualizes data to drive continuous improvement of software and systems.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
