Job summary

The Best Job Board is seeking a backend engineer to triage and debug production incidents for an enterprise insurance platform, building reliable tooling and dashboards to boost operational health and reduce recovery times.

You will own incident response, develop monitoring frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver durable fixes and scalable backend solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with on-call rotations and debugging production systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
