Job summary

Cisco Milwaukee is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design and deliver scalable backend services and cloud-native architectures. You will own the full software development lifecycle and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders on deployment strategies.

The ideal candidate has a CS degree with 7+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with less) and strong skills in backend languages, APIs, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS with 7+ years experience, or advanced degree with less experience.
• Proficiency in backend languages and API development.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes, CI/CD workflows.
