Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for large systems
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupation experience
• 1+ years of designing distributed software applications and services
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or foreign equivalent
• Experience programming in at least one language

Responsibilities

• Distributed systems design: consensus protocols, replication strategies, failure handling
• Systems-level programming for storage engines and critical data paths
• Operating services at scale: performance tuning and debugging production issues
• Building tooling and automation for large infrastructure
• Work across stack from low-level optimization to service architecture
