Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a distributed storage service at cloud scale.
• Develop distributed system services in Java and low level systems programming.
• Contribute to production roll-out of new systems and solve challenging CS problems.
• Steps include migrating data to Glacier storage media and improving data placement for retrieval.
