Job summary

PDI Technologies seeks a software engineer to diagnose and resolve customer-facing issues, contribute to ongoing maintenance, and help improve product performance. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

You should be proficient in .NET/C#, SQL, and familiar with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps/Jira. Hybrid work arrangements and continuous learning opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in software product development or maintenance
• Proficiency in .Net/C#/SQL
• Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and Azure DevOps or Jira
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Support and develop software solutions for PDI products
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with thorough documentation
• Perform engineering level tests to identify defects and debug production issues
• Collaborate with Product Management on feasibility and estimates
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to management
• Work in an Agile environment to define and estimate feature work
• Participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis
