Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled software engineer to lead the creation of high-quality, secure, custom software for internal and external users. The role emphasizes technical design, documentation, testing, and collaboration with UX teams to deliver excellent user experiences.

You will develop features and modify existing applications, write unit tests, perform code reviews, and help improve the software development process across teams, SDLC adherence, and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
• 4–7 years software industry experience.
• C# coding language required.
• Azure cloud deployments experience required.
• UI frameworks experience with Angular or Blazor required.
• SQL experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in production of high-quality, secure software.
• Establish coding guidelines and technical designs.
• Create design documentation and flowcharts to capture technical details.
• Build quality with unit tests and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with UX teams to design great user experiences.
• Develop features and modify existing applications with secure solutions.
• Analyze issues and provide remediation to improve supportability.
