Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader within national cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and customers to align technical implementations with product lifecycle, delivery timelines, and user experience goals.
• Lead pair programming sessions to resolve complex issues.
• Implement observability, code coverage, and vulnerability testing using AI-assisted development tools.
• Produce technical documentation, investigation reports, QA testing frameworks, and user/developer guides.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and processing pipelines using C#, TypeScript, and similar languages.
• Deploy solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Build APIs and integrate modern and legacy third-party systems.
• Build modern, responsive front ends using Angular, Vue, TypeScript, and .NET.
• Incorporate real-time protocols such as SignalR.
• Guide the transition from traditional Microsoft web architectures to cloud-native, serverless, AI-centric web and mobile applications.
