Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a software professional to develop and test features using C# and .NET in a microservices environment. You will leverage Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift, contributing to SaaS products with Azure cloud services.

You will work within an Agile lifecycle, implement CI/CD pipelines, and support production systems with occasional off-shift coverage. Experience in aerospace is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as STEM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in C#, .NET.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently to deliver objectives.
• Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle.
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with .Net, Blazor and NuGet packages.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm in production.
• Hands-on Linux systems experience.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo/Jenkins in CI/CD.
• Cloud programming and automation with Azure/OpenShift preferred.
• Strong CI/CD tooling and security concept understanding.
• Production-grade Kubernetes/Azure experience for SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new features.
• Learn and use continuous delivery skills including unit, functional, contract tests and canary deployments.
• Diagnose and address problems.
• Occasional off-shift activity for production support issues.
