Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related STEM field and 4 additional years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on software development with production AI solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in Python, and TypeScript for AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-grade harness capabilities for generative AI applications.
• Drive architecture and system design for agentic components across multiple teams.
• Mentor engineers and translate technical direction into business terms.
• Advise on source control, testing, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
