Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Software Engineer I (SDE/NOC) to develop, maintain, deploy and test software for the casino platform.

You will design features, troubleshoot issues across development, test and production environments, and build deployment and monitoring tools. The role involves onsite and remote support for game installations, collaboration with engineers, mathematicians, designers and operators to ensure product quality, plus opportunity to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with C#/.NET and gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Intermediate and above-level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Participate in the design of software systems.
• Write software features and documentation, review code and follow test procedures.
• Provide operations support including deployment, server setup, and responding to service interruptions, onsite or remote.
• Develop software tools and integrations to support game/platform development.
• Collaborate with engineers, mathematicians, designers, artists and others to ensure quality.
• Report discrepancies or problems to management.
• Provide release documentation and ensure regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and products.
• Be comfortable with AI-assisted development and validate AI-generated recommendations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
