Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with C#/.NET and gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Intermediate and above-level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Participate in the design of software systems.
• Write software features and documentation, review code and follow test procedures.
• Provide operations support including deployment, server setup, and responding to service interruptions, onsite or remote.
• Develop software tools and integrations to support game/platform development.
• Collaborate with engineers, mathematicians, designers, artists and others to ensure quality.
• Report discrepancies or problems to management.
• Provide release documentation and ensure regulatory guidelines are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company and products.

This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, deploying/supporting, and testing software for the platform. Responsibilities include designing and developing software, troubleshooting/bug fixing for issues in our development, test, and production environments; building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations; and automating and streamlining our internal processes. Responsible for supporting system, network, and game installations (onsite and remote) including generating procedures and documentation. Working with customers to maintain day-to-day casino operations. This position also requires flexibility to carry out projects and tasks with moderate supervision while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing:

Engineers should effectively use AI tools to improve productivity in areas such as coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and knowledge acquisition. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to validate AI-generated recommendations, exercise independent technical judgment, and maintain ownership of the final solution.

QualificationsWhat we’ll want you to have:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (or higher degree) in a related field required or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with C#/.NET, relevant training, and experience in the gaming industry are a plus.
• Intermediate and above-level understanding and usage of Microsoft Office products. Must be able to communicate professionally and efficiently (verbal and written) with all levels of the business. Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.

Additional Requirements:

• Travel Occasional: 10%. This position will require travel to customers/installs/sites as needed. Employee must be flexible to the needs of the business.

Work Environment:

• Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.
• Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directives, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English.
• Position shall work primarily in an office environment. Position shall maintain a cubicle in close proximity of other cubicles and offices.
• Position may be required to attend trips to casinos, tradeshows, or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
