Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer II to provide advanced technical support for SYNKROS. The role requires strong Java and SQL skills to troubleshoot and implement solutions for external and internal customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance, PM, R&D and SQA, manage escalations, perform maintenance and upgrades, and contribute to tool development for faster resolutions.

Qualifications

• Java programming expertise and SQL knowledge required.
• Experience with SYNKROS or similar casino management systems preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex SYNKROS issues with timely escalation.
• Diagnose issues in SYNKROS application, interfaces, or database.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, PM, R&D, SQA).
• Assist after-hours for critical situations.
• Perform SYNKROS maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop tools to aid Customer Service.
