Job summary

RTX is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain advanced systems on onsite teams. You will work with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment to advance multi-tier architectures and modern DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes software lifecycle practices for defense projects, with opportunities to learn CI/CD and cutting-edge technologies in a high-security context. Strong collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• Experience in Agile environments (scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps).
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Bitbucket/Confluence/Jira) and Jenkins, Eclipse, Ansible.
• Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using C, C++, Python, Ada.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
