Job summary

RTX is seeking software engineers to design, develop, test, deliver, and maintain software for advanced defense systems in an onsite Fort Wayne setting. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment to apply modern DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes a strong STEM background, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of Linux/Red Hat. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, DevSecOps).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira).
• Experience with C, C++, Python, Ada or similar.
