Job summary

RTX is seeking a seasoned software team lead in Aurora to design, develop, test, and maintain software for cutting-edge defense systems. You will guide an Agile team, drive predictable delivery, and ensure alignment with system objectives.

You will work with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment to strengthen DevSecOps practices and accelerate delivery of multiple features, while maintaining strict security requirements and SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile software development teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain team cadence, and enable predictable delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics to drive team improvement.
• Identify and remove blockers to enable progress.
• Ensure alignment with project and product objectives.
• Experience supporting both sustainment and new feature development in Agile settings.
• Active and transferable Top Secret US government clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
