Job summary

Jobtailor in Frisco, Texas is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions. You will implement components per design docs, document and unit-test, and prepare for integration into the final product.

Responsibilities include architecting solutions, building CI/CD pipelines, and guiding features for various technologies. Onsite work is required five days a week in Frisco, TX.

Qualifications

Requires US citizenship or green card holder status.
2+ years of experience as a software engineer on complex projects.
Excellent coding skills in Java, Python, .Net, or similar.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
Knowledge of microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging queues.
Object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud (preferred; may be obtained with Kyndryl).
Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices (preferred).
Candidate must work onsite 5 days a week in Frisco, Texas.
