Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer for the EAA Compliance CXAE team in Charlotte, NC. You will build AI-first applications and services powering CX agents, delivering full-stack features with Golang and React, and integrating third-party tools to accelerate delivery.

You will collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams to solve complex compliance and CX challenges, while scaling services on AWS and Kubernetes and mentoring peers on best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications with backend and frontend frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments.
• Experience with distributed systems concepts and API integrations.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang and React.
• Lead assessment and integration of third-party tools to extend platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams on cross-functional solutions.
• Build scalable services with AWS and Kubernetes, including observability and caching.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, and deployment best practices.
