Coinbase is seeking a Software Engineer on the EAA Compliance CXAE team to build AI-first applications powering CX compliance workflows at scale. You will own full-stack delivery with Golang and React, integrate third-party tools, and improve productivity for millions of customers.

Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams; deploy on AWS and Kubernetes; mentor peers on coding standards and testing practices to raise quality.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications with at least one modern backend language and a frontend framework.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployment environments.
• Experience with distributed systems concepts and API integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences through documentation and reviews.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform using Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
• Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
• Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional compliance solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable services on AWS and Kubernetes with observability tooling.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment practices.
