Job summary

Coinbase in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Software Engineer on the EAA Compliance CXAE team. You will build AI-first applications powering CX compliance workflows, delivering features in Golang and React across AWS/Kubernetes.

You will own end-to-end development, integrate third-party tools, mentor teammates, and help scale high-traffic services while maintaining security and quality in a fast-paced environment that requires in-person surges.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications.
Experience with Golang or a modern backend language and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker).
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of user-facing features on the compliance agent platform using Golang and React.
Lead integration of third-party tools and vendor integrations to extend platform capabilities.
Collaborate with product, design, security, and data teams on cross-functional solutions.
Build scalable, high-traffic services on AWS/Kubernetes with observability and caching.
Mentor engineers on design patterns, testing, and deployment best practices.
