Job summary

Mintive is hiring to own features end to end across its gateway infrastructure and enterprise deployments. The role emphasize backend and infra, with opportunities to build UI when needed and to design connectors during security reviews.

You'll work with Claude and Codex, using agents to move fast and shape architecture, product decisions, and security posture. Roles span levels, prioritizing judgment and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Builder with a track record shipping to real users (product/internal tool/open-source).
• Strong fundamentals and rapid learning.
• Care about product value and customer needs over pure technical purity.
• Infra matters: blast radius, trust boundaries, and security-critical paths.
• Able to read unfamiliar code and justify tradeoffs from first principles.
• Comfort across the stack (TypeScript, Python, CockroachDB) or quick to learn.
• Excited to build with agents and learn when they help or hide problems.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end across gateway infrastructure, enterprise deployments, and agentic systems.
• Lead architecture, product, and UX decisions; harden enterprise paths and secure connectors.
• Collaborate with AI-enabled workflows, learn from founders and customers.
