Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is building a platform that helps enterprises deploy AI agents that are fast, scalable, and easy to use. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capability and a track record of delivering end-to-end production systems with direct customer impact.

You will work across research, product, and platform teams to prototype features, deploy agents at scale, and help shape best practices for the ADLC in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
• Ability to work with customers to understand needs.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: AI/LLM production experience.
• Bonus: founder or founding engineer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production-grade AI agents that are high-performing and reliable.
• Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and iteration.

• Collaborate with enterprise leaders and startups to understand challenges and scale AI agents.
• Use customer feedback to shape the core platform and prototype new tools and features.
