Job summary

Worky is seeking a product-minded fullstack engineer to build core experiences powering our AI agents. You’ll work across the stack from user-facing product experiences to orchestration and deployment infrastructure, partnering with Product, Design, and AI/Engineering.

This is an in-person role based in the San Francisco office, where our team works together five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product-oriented software engineering role.
• Strong foundation in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with rapid learning and iteration.
• Interest in research or knowledge-sharing within a team.
• Bonus: experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure.

About the Role

Ideal Candidates Have

• 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role.
• A strong foundation in Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a track record of rapid learning and iteration.
• Interest in research, technical writing, or contributing to knowledge-sharing within a team.
• Bonus: experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure.

Base salary range:$180,000 – $250,000

*Final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including role level, relevant experience, skills, and job-related expertise.
