Sierra is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade AI agents, coordinating with engineers and customers to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.

You will work with clients across organizations to identify needs, provide demos, and guide feature development with a focus on customer success.

Job description

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience building highly technical products.
• Prior experience in Product Management or a comparable product development position at senior product manager level or above.
• Experience shaping and tailoring messaging for prospective customers, including senior executives.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including recent AI advancements.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• A degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• AI-related background, including product development for AI agents, is preferred.
• Some hands‑on coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go is a plus.
• An MBA or equivalent professional experience is preferred, with the opportunity to take on broader business responsibilities.
• Previous roles working directly with end customers to influence software development are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with our engineers and customers to build and launch enterprise‑grade AI agents that manage thousands of customer conversations each day.
• Work directly with customers across all levels of their business to identify needs and understand requirements.
• Prepare and deliver demos of our agent platform.
• Resolve technical obstacles in business workflows by collaborating with technical stakeholders.
• Refine and evolve our virtual agents so they better align with and anticipate customer needs and operational processes.
• Act as trusted advisors and help steer strategic technical direction for our customers.
• Collaborate with our engineering and product development teams to define and implement new features critical to customer success.
