Job summary

Sierra is seeking an AI Agents Product Manager to partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and launch AI agents handling thousands of daily customer conversations. You will act as a trusted advisor shaping client AI strategy and collaborating across teams.

The role emphasizes designing and refining conversational AI, driving multiple high-visibility projects, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while delivering data-driven insights for decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex ideas.
• Strong knowledge of software development, product management, and engineering principles.
• Analytical and critical thinking to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• We need solid analytical and critical thinking skills to understand complex concepts, identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and respond to unexpected challenges across customer relationships and products.
• We expect proven leadership and team coordination ability, including managing multiple projects at once and guiding teams to deliver innovative ideas and strong agents.
• We require a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience that shows similar expertise.
• An MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and operations is a strong advantage.
