Lead Software Engineer Remote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help us build something exciting from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a new engineering team in Poland, shaping the way we design, build and deliver modern software for the pharmaceutical industry. If you enjoy combining hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and team building, this role offers the chance to make a real impact from day one. You’ll work on next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) space - a fast-evolving area where technology, data and AI are transforming how clinical trial documentation is managed.
