Job summary

Cencora in Poland is seeking a Software Engineer 1 to join our growing team, working remotely with an option to base in Lublin. You will start by fixing basic bugs, writing new features with mentor support, and developing with .NET and C# in a modern environment.

You will use Git for version control, test your code, and learn AI-assisted development tools while building experience in the Pharmaceutical TMF domain.

Qualifications

• Around 1+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft .NET / C#.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or VS Code.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative team.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development tools and how to use them responsibly.

Software Engineer 1 Remote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin

We’re looking for a Software Engineer 1 to join our new engineering team in Poland and help build high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) industry. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to grow their technical skills, work with supportive mentors, and gain exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude. You’ll be part of a team creating secure, innovative software and learning how technology supports clients in a fast-moving pharmaceutical domain.
