Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build and lead a new engineering team in Poland, with remote work available and an optional office in Lublin.

You'll design scalable software for the pharmaceutical TMF space, mentor engineers, drive Agile practices, and contribute to AI-assisted development in a global, distributed organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Experience leading or acting as a technical lead for engineering teams.
• Background in modern web development with C#, .NET Core, SQL and React.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, scalable design and CI/CD workflows.

Lead Software Engineer

Remote - Poland Optional office base in Lublin

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help us build something exciting from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead a new engineering team in Poland, shaping the way we design, build and deliver modern software for the pharmaceutical industry. If you enjoy combining hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and team building, this role offers the chance to make a real impact from day one.

You’ll work on next-generation software solutions for the Pharmaceutical Trial Master File (TMF) space - a fast‑evolving area where technology, data and AI are transforming how clinical trial documentation is managed.

What we’re looking for
