Software Engineer

Location: Moorestown, New Jersey onsite Monday-Thursday 4x10 shifts. Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Employment Type: Long term open ended W2 Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a mission driven Software Engineer to work for us as a long term consultant. Our software engineers center on building and sustaining mission-critical defense software across radar, combat systems, modeling and simulation, signal processing, AI/ML, and DevSecOps environmnets. There will be a strong emphasis on C++ software, agile collaboration, and integration with hardware, subsystems, and systems engineering teams. The roles collectively target engineers who can develop, deploy, monitor, and enhance high-performance software for advanced defense platforms while supporting continuous updates, operational requirements, and secure on-site mission execution in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline with a concentration in computer science courses is required.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of C++ Software Development experience is required.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Object-Oriented C++ programming.
• Experience with Automated Test tools and Techniques, Static Code Analysis, and Embedded Applications.

Security Clearance

Applicants must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is between $70.00 and $90.00 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on experience and other factors.
