Uline, a major North American shipping and packaging materials company, is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 person development team at our Pleasant Prairie, WI location. You will drive architecture decisions and guide the delivery of scalable software solutions across business domains.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 2+ years of people management with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, or JavaScript; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with strong background in application projects using Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities
