Uline is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 developer team and deliver scalable software solutions that support our North American operations. You will shape architecture, guide delivery, and partner with Agile teams to align with product strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 2+ years of people management, with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, or JavaScript. This is an on-site opportunity at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus with comprehensive benefits.

Pay from $121,000 to $160,000 per year

Position Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
