Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 person team onsite and deliver innovative software solutions that support our North American business.

You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions with cross-functional Agile teams, oversee full project lifecycles for scalable, resilient applications, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match, bonuses, paid holidays, PTO, tuition assistance, plus on-site cafe and fitness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
