Job summary

Uline is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 person development team, driving high performance and delivering scalable software for our North American operations. You will provide technical guidance, work with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture with business goals, and support the team through complete project lifecycles from design to deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
2+ years of people management experience with a background in application projects.
Experience leading a team through full project lifecycles.
On-site only; Uline does not participate in H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
