Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team of 3–5 developers and deliver scalable software solutions for our North American business.

You will provide technical guidance, partner with Agile teams, and align architecture with product strategy, driving quality and on-time delivery. This is an on-site role with growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management experience with strong background in application projects using Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience leading full project lifecycles and building scalable software.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.
• Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
