Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American leader, seeks a Software Development Manager to lead a 3–5 person engineering team and deliver scalable software for our operations.

Based at Uline's Pleasant Prairie campus, you will partner with Agile teams, guide architecture decisions, and ensure projects meet business goals.

Candidates have a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 2+ years of people management with Java, Angular, or JavaScript, and a proven full lifecycle track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of people management with application project experience and programming in Java, Angular or JavaScript.
• Experience leading full software lifecycles and managing teams.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–5 developers and foster a culture of high performance.
• Provide technical guidance to deliver scalable, resilient software solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture with business goals.
