Job summary

RTX is seeking students for internships, co-ops, and entry-level software roles in aerospace and defense. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining software for complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring code quality and performance. Onsite presence is required and eligibility for U.S.

government security clearance is mandatory. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree, have at least 60 credit hours, and experience with C++,

What You Will Do:

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience in a Unix/Linux operating system.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including ability to produce technical documentation, and the desire to learn new technologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing software in a team-based development environment, preferably Agile/SCRUM, DevOps and test automation.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
