Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build features across all WS services from requirements through production deployment.
• Participate in oncall rotation, investigate incidents, identify root causes, and fix them.
• Work on the team's AI agent systems: integrations, data pipelines, agent infrastructure.
• Build APIs for WS account provisioning and consumption.
• Write and review technical designs, incorporating feedback.
• Reduce operational toil through automation, better alarms, and runbooks.
• Help junior engineers through code reviews, pairing and onboarding.
