Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable services used by AWS sellers and partners. You’ll own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver robust solutions.

You will work on AI-powered agent services, integrate tooling, and contribute to architectural decisions while mentoring junior teammates to raise team velocity and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate scalable software and AI-powered agent services end-to-end.
• Build agentic tooling and integrations on top of Salesforce and internal data sources.
• Write clean, well-tested code, participate in code reviews, and drive reliability and cost improvements.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers.
