Qualifications

• Own and deliver features end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Write high-quality, testable code and drive engineering best practices.
• Solve scalability and performance challenges as the platform grows.
• Provide operational support and identify root causes.
• Participate in code reviews and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate to improve software quality, customer experience, and maintainability.
• Translate requirements into architecture and working software with PM/UX/customers.
• Mentor engineers and help grow the technical culture.
