Job summary

You will deliver features end‑to‑end, collaborate across service boundaries, and contribute to agentic AI systems that transform content discovery, delivery, review, and follow‑up, while owning the production health of these systems including on‑call and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl

Responsibilities

• Build features that cut across all WS services, from customer requirements through production deployment
• Participate in the oncall rotation, investigate operational incidents, find root causes, fix them permanently with the help of the team
• Work on the team's AI agent systems: integrations, data pipelines, agent infrastructure
• Build APIs that let other teams consume WS's account provisioning
• Write technical designs, review other people's designs, incorporate feedback in your own proposals
• Reduce operational toil through automation, better alarms, and runbooks
• Help junior engineers get better through code reviews, pairing and onboarding
